Pressure vessel design and calculations & 3D modeling and design

In the design of our products and production tools, we use advanced 3D design and strength calculation software, SolidWorks and COSMOSWorks, to speed up and streamline the workflow. This brings our customers clear benefits through reduced design time and costs.

The use of these software systems right from the early negotiation stage makes both product modeling and the demonstration of product assembly as well as work methods faster and simpler. Another benefit is that these models allow us to quickly adjust and develop our designs at the early stage of the process. The entire workflow is carefully examined and analyzed to ensure the manufacturability of the designs. In addition to being useful in determining and developing the manufacturability of the structures, SolidWorks can also be used in the modeling of the entire production chain from sheet metal tothe finished product.

For strength calculations we use COSMOSWorks. This software helps us to calculate the right dimensioning and stress values for the products or structures, for example pressure vessels. Finding the right wall thickness is important in terms of the costs. Accurate calculations help us to avoid excessive material use and bring cost savings through lighter structures, reduced welding work, and an overall faster work process.
